Can I see some feedback about Sunnyview?
Sure, you can find reviews and actual comments from the Visitors Book by clicking on the 'Booking' tab.
 
How do I make a booking?
First check the availability calendar to check for your preferred dates are free.  Then either fill in the request form (on the availability calendar), email or call.
 
Can I book a short break?
Yes, Sunnyview is perfectly suited to short breaks.  3 night short breaks are available throughout the year.
 
What is the changeover day?
This can be flexible.  Please call or email to ask about your preferred dates.
 
How do I go about payment, make a deposit?
Once you have chosen your preferred dates, payment is requested in full to secure your booking.  In some cases, a reservation can be made by providing a 30% deposit.  This will include a non-refundable admin fee of £20. 
 
Is there a security bond to be paid?
Yes.  Prior to arrival, you will be asked for a refundable security bond for £100.  This will not be banked, and returned upon departure, assuming all is well with the house.

Do you have further information available?
An Information Guide has been specially produced for guests at Sunnyview.  This provides information on travel options, local ammenities, the 10 best walks to do, the top beaches, the best ways to engage in the local area and much more.  This will be sent out to guests via email (PDF format) prior to arrival, in addition a hard copy can be found in the house.
 
We are not as agile as we used to be, is Sunnyview suitable for us?
Staying in Sunnyview is similar to staying on a boat, therefore space is limited.  Guests must be aware of the steep stairs, small bathroom and one sided access to the bed.  If in doubt, please call before booking.
 
Where can we park?
Free parking is available in the village centre, a mere 30m from the front door. 
 
Is a BBQ provided?
In summer, there is a chimenea for guests use in the patio area.  This can double as a bbq, please take care when using it.  Please bring or buy logs or charcoal for your use.
 
Do we need to bring linen and towels?
No, clean bed linen and towels are provided.  But please bring your own beach towels.
 
Will the house be well heated?
Yes, there is heating in the house.  There's even a plinth heater in the kitchen to warm your toes after a refreshing swim in the sea!
 
Is the house well maintained?
Yes, the house is very well cleaned and maintained after each visitor.  We do ask however, for all guests to leave Sunnyview in a neat and tidy state upon departure.
 
Can we bring a dog?
Sorry the house is not suitable for pets.
 
Can we smoke in the house?
No.  Smoking strictly outside please.
 
What happens if we need to cancel?
Up until 6 weeks prior to arrival, a full refund minus the £20 non-refundable admin fee will be available.  A cancellation made less than 6 weeks from arrival, a 50% refund will be available (minus admin fee).  Any cancellation made less than 3 weeks from arrival will unfortunately receive no refund.  However, if we manage to re-sell your cancelled week, we'll be fair and refund you (minus admin fee).
